DESCRIPTION:<p>Join us for an energizing, beginner-friendly CrossFit class in the park,&nbsp;hosted by Guilderland’s own Aevitas Fitness - a 12-year CrossFit affiliate&nbsp;that began right here in Tawasentha Park!
