IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS REMOTE PUBLIC HEARING:
- You must pre-register with the Clerk to participate in the Public Hearing.
- County residents will be taken first.
- The Public Hearing will be conducted using Zoom*.
*A call-in number will also be provided so that anyone who can't use Zoom can still have their voice heard.
How to Register to Participate in the Public Hearing
Registration for the Public Hearing will CLOSE at 12 Noon on the day of the hearing.
- Please send an email to publichearings@albanycountyny.gov with the following information:
- Your name, address and phone number
Your name and municipality will be made public (e.g., "Jane Doe, Cohoes, NY"), the rest of your information will remain private. - Whether you have access to Zoom
A call-in number will be provided if you can't use Zoom - The Public Hearing you would like to speak at and a statement you would like put on record in lieu of formal participation.
- You may sign up for multiple Public Hearings, if time allows.
- Please limit the length any written statements to allow for the participation of others.
- All written statements will be given to members, regardless of length.
Registration for the Public Hearing will CLOSE at 12 Noon on the day of the hearing.
