Chair Zumba for Seniors (45min class)

Anyone can do it!

Neil Hellman Family Wellness Center, First Floor.
Park in the lot at 919 Madison Avenue.

Chair Zumba helps seniors keep moving!

This class is 45 minutes of happiness and we leave all negativity, stress, aches, and pains outside the door.

It is all about movement, fun music, singing, and exercise.

Music will be a wide range of genres from the 50s on and this is a “no judgment zone.”

We move what we can, the goal is to just keep moving. Anyone can do it, 18 to 103!
