Aqua Moves is a low‑ to moderate‑intensity shallow water class that improves strength, balance, agility, and core support in a joint‑friendly environment.
Water resistance helps build strength while reducing joint stress, making everyday movements feel easier and more stable.
Water shoes are recommended. Please bring a towel and bottled water.
