Proposed Local Law No. "U" for 2024: Providing for a Change in the Salary of a County Officer During their Term of Office [Public Hearing Resolution No. 827]

Proposed Local Law No. "G" for 2025: Designating the Development of Affordable Housing as a Governmental and Public Purpose of the County of Albany, NY [Public Hearing Resolution No. 284]

Proposed Increase and Improvement of Facilities of the Albany County Water Purification District

The public hearing will be viewable live on our YouTube channel, where it will also be archived for later viewing.

If you would like to participate in person:

• You must pre-register with the Clerk (see below). 
• County residents will be taken first.
• Speakers may be allowed up to five minutes to express their views.

Pre-registration closes at 12 Noon on the day of the hearing.

• Your name, address and phone number
  Your name and municipality will be made public (e.g., "Jane Doe, Cohoes, NY"), the rest of your information will remain private.
• The Public Hearing you would like to speak at and a statement you would like read in lieu of formal participation.
  • You may sign up for multiple Public Hearings, if time allows.
  • Please limit the length any written statements to allow for the participation of others.
  • All written statements will be given to members, regardless of length.
