NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing on Local Law "B" for 2024, adopted on April 8, 2024 by the Albany County Legislature, be held by the Albany County Executive, on Thursday, May 2, 2024 at 10:30 am in Room 930 of the Harold Joyce Albany County Office Building, 112 State Street, Albany, New York, to allow comment on Local Law "B" FOR 2024, A LOCAL LAW OF THE COUNTY OF ALBANY AMENDING CHAPTER 288 OF THE ALBANY COUNTY CODE TO BAN SPEED CONTESTS AND STUNT BEHAVIOR.
