NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The County of Albany has scheduled a public hearing for Monday, April 8th at 2 pm in the Cahill Room on the first floor of 112 State Street, Albany, NY 12207. The purpose of the hearing is to obtain citizens’ views and comments relative to the submission of an application to Empire State Development for financial assistance under the Restore NY Communities Initiative. This project includes the demolition of the Central Warehouse in the City of Albany. The project will demolish the 495,000 square-foot vacant and deteriorating warehouse and prepare the site for future investment. The following properties will be submitted for consideration:
