Sign up for a booster shot at this clinic

  • Walk-ins are welcome. Appointments are preferred for Wednesday booster clinics.
  • Open 9:00-11:30am & 12:30-3:00pm.
  • Please bring your vaccination card or Excelsior Pass Plus as proof of prior vaccination.
  • Anyone 12 years old and up is encouraged to receive their booster when eligible. 
COVID-19 vaccines are FREE
