A public hearing on Local Law “H” for 2020 adopted on September 14, 2020 by the Albany County Legislature will be held remotely by the Albany County Executive to allow public comment.
You must preregister to provide comment. Send an email to CountyExecpublichearings@albanycountyny.gov with the following information:
- Your name, address and phone number
Your name and municipality will be made public (e.g., "Jane Doe, Cohoes, NY"), the rest of your information will remain private.
- Whether you have access to Zoom
A call-in number will be provided if you can't use Zoom. A staff member will email you a link and/or phone number on October 6.
- A written statement may be emailed to the same address in lieu of speaking
Registration for the Public Hearing will CLOSE at 9 AM on October 6, 2020 and written statements need to be in by the start of the hearing on October 6, 2020 (the day of the hearing).
