A public hearing on Local Law “B” for 2020, adopted on August 10, 2020 by the Albany County Legislature, will be held remotely by the Albany County Executive to allow comment on Local Law B for 2020, A LOCAL LAW OF THE COUNTY OF ALBANY, NEW YORK TO PROHIBIT WASTE BURNING AND TO PROTECT THE CLEAN AIR OF ALBANY COUNTY.
You must preregister to provide comment. Send an email to CountyExecpublichearings@albanycountyny.gov with the following information:
- Your name, address and phone number
Your name and municipality will be made public (e.g., "Jane Doe, Cohoes, NY"), the rest of your information will remain private.
- Whether you have access to Zoom
A call-in number will be provided if you can't use Zoom. A staff member will email you a link and/or phone number on August 26.
- A written statement may be emailed to the same address in lieu of speaking
Registration for the Public Hearing will CLOSE at 10 AM August 26, 2020 (the day of the hearing).
