IMPORTANT NEW INFORMATION ABOUT THIS REMOTE MEETING AND PUBLIC FORUM:
- You must pre-register with the Clerk to participate in the Public Forum (see below).
- Pre-registered County residents will be taken first.
- The Public Forum will be conducted using Zoom*.
*A call-in number will also be provided so that anyone who can't use Zoom can still have their voice heard.

How to Pre-Register to Participate in the Public Forum
Pre-registration for the Public Forum OPENS at 12 Noon on Thursday, June 4th and CLOSES at 12 noon on Monday, Jun 8th.
Please send an email to necole.chambers@albanycountyny.gov with the following information:
- Your name, address and phone number
Your name and municipality will be made public (e.g., "Jane Doe, Cohoes, NY"), the rest of your information will remain private.
- Whether you have access to Zoom
A call-in number will be provided if you can't use Zoom
- Agenda item you would like to speak about and a statement you would like read in lieu of formal participation (if time allows).
Please limit the length any written statements to allow for the participation of others. All written statements will be given to members, regardless of length.
The Clerk or a member of our staff will contact you with the information for you to connect.
